Oh boy! Do I LOVE this technique, again Bernie Berlin of coarse. It's called Glass Resin. I've just used my paint daubers for the bkgrounds and then you take 2 layers of UTEE and after the second layer you ink up a stamp w/ black Staz-On and stamp it into the warm UTEE. Wait till it cools and then gently peel it off the stamp. Just gorgeous!!!
