I did this for a stripes 4x4 swap, when I made the stripes it just reminded me of seaweed and the bottom of the ocean. I've had these interesting collage sheets of children riding all kinds of strange animals and the boy on the fish just seemed like a good fit. I got the collage sheets from Gemini Angel Art, and I haven't been there in some time, but maybe I should visit again and see if they've added anything new.
