Ok, I'm no Suzan but this is going to be a learning process. It will also serve another purpose, as some of you may know I've been doing Weight Watchers for a little over 2 years. I have lost a little over 50 lbs but have been stuck for about 6 months. Part of my problem is I have quit journaling my food. So I thought, since I've wanted to play with the whole journal thing, I'd make myself a food journal and maybe it'll help me get back into the groove of things and get past this "hump" I'm at.

OMG -- I love this -- seriously, you should market these for WW. I have run into a tracker-funk myself and need to get back in focus. Maybe I'll take one of these fun little spirals I have laying around and alter it for the same purpose...! Thanks for the inspiration! Keep up the good work!
