This is an ATC I did for a lottery on the Artchix Yahoo group. I THINK the bkgrd is done with colorwash sprays on paper towel, then attached to cs and covered w/ a couple coats of Royal Coat (modge podge would work too). However, I did this bkgrd so long ago I'm only guessing. The image is from an Artchix Studio collage sheet.

Summertime ATC
