Made Me Laugh

The background of this is done w/ a technique called Crystal Twinks, using your Twinkling H20's on acetate, sprinkling some glitter on it, the covering it w/ Crystal Effects (or something comparable) and then covering all of it w/ crumpled tissue paper. It sparkles in RL, but of coarse the scanner doesn't really pick that up. I hadn't intended on making this a comical ATC, was actually gonna put some sappy sentiment on it, then I remembered I had these fun phrase stamps from Stamp Camp that might be fun. I think it works!
