This is another poured paint, although I didn't intend it to be this way. I was trying to do something else, but my paint wasn't thin enough so I had to improvise. It is done on a 10x24 canvas. It's kinda hard to tell in the picture, but this is actually kind of a hot pink, black, and white w/ shades of grey as well. While the paint was still wet I took my rubber tipped paint "brushes", (I know there's a technical term for them, but right now it escapes me,) and squiggled them through the paint to add more dimension to the piece.
Now my husband prefers it to hang vertically, however, I'm kind of partial to it horizontally.

I love this. But i agree with your hubby looks great vertically.LOL
Lisa my Queen...the technical term for the brush is the "noodle" brush. I have several. Did a lumiere resist with it once, and OMG...it was awesome. Posted the piece on the junkies site and got rave review. I like this..needs some "rock and roll" iconic things on it. Hisses, Rockin Robin
I love this - the colours, the squiggly strands. I bet it's brilliant in RL... and I think it looks great vertically and horizontally!!
Well, you are 2 for 2. I love every one of your poured paint pieces. you need to give me one.
VERY cool-I'm with your husband on this one, I like it vertically!
This is luscious! I really would love to know how you did this, in detail, because I don't seem to be able to make paint do this kind of thing. Wow, I want to touch it. Awesome!
